A leading manufacturer of construction products seeks a Residential and B2B Building Materials Territory Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic.

The TSM will sell the Company’s foundation protection product and related accessories to home builders, foundation contractors, and established distributors.


  • Execute customer sales plans, as well as company goals & objectives
  • Implement company sales tools and strategies to expand market performance and advantages
  • Market education – communicate product line, sales & technical services to critical decision makers & influencers
  • Grow and strengthen marketplace relationships
  • Adapt customer feedback, matching company products to client needs to create lasting, effective solutions
  • Understand, control and report regional competitor & market dynamics
  • Direct regional resources and promotions
  • Recommend and implement growth strategies
  • Harness market dynamics

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years building materials B2B sales
  • Steadfast, enterprising work ethic
  • Technical selling presentation experience
  • Contractor, consultant and distributor business development experience
  • Company-focused negotiation skills
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and continually on company sales goals


Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.

Travel: ~50%
